1984-1985 Chicago Bulls Team Signed Basketball (Jordan Rookie Year)
Michael Jordan’s first season with the Chicago Bulls made the rest of the NBA stand on notice. The Bulls had found their savior, reaching the playoffs in Jordan’s rookie season despite finishing with a dismal 27-55 record the year prior to his anointment as the face of the NBA. Jordan was named the NBA’s Rookie of the Year in the voter’s easiest decision in recent memory while also earning a spot on the All-NBA Second Team and the All-Rookie First Team.
