1990 NBA Playoffs Michael Jordan vs Detroit Original Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1

The rivalry between the Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons was second to none during the late eighties.  The Pistons were the team that prevented Michael Jordan and the Bulls from going to the NBA Finals for years.  This photograph from Game 7 of the 1990 Eastern Conference Finals shows the way the Pistons beat the Bulls by simply doing everything they had to do (legally or not) to stop Michael Jordan.  The Bulls would go on to loose game 7, but it became the turning point in Michael Jordan's career where he would hit the gym, and never be stopped again by the Bad Boy Pistons.

This photograph captures Michael Jordan going to the hoop being tied up with Isiah Thomas for a jump ball situation (Although he was probably fouled and hacked by both Thomas and Laimbeer. Michael Jordan scored 31 points, had 9 assists and 8 rebounds in the 93-74 loss in game 7.

The 8" x 10" black and white photograph is in NRMT to MINT condition. The backside of the photograph has a date stamp June 4, 1990. The photo was taken by Detroit News photographer Kirthmon Dozier and includes the newspaper clipping.

An exceptional original photograph that comes from the final game that would ever hold Michael Jordan back from winning an NBA championship.
